Order cancellation In case you want to cancel your order please contact us at order(at)premiumpublishing.com immediately after ordering. We can initiate a cancellation unless the ordered product is shipped already. Delivery Delivery times can vary depending on your shipping address. Premium Publishing is located in Stockholm/Sweden. Deliveries within Sweden will take 3 to 4 working days. Shipments within Europe can take up to two weeks. Shipping outside Europe might take up to three weeks, or longer. Your order will be shipped the most economic and fastest possible way, by mail or postal package, depending on your orders weight. Shipping costs Shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Shipping costs vary, depending on your shipping address. Shipping costs within Sweden are 68 SEK at most; shipping costs for Europe and the rest of the world will be calculated based on the orders weight. VAT All prices displayed on this shop are inclusive 6% VAT on books and 25% VAT on CDs. Payment Payment on this shop can be done by credit card or PayPal. We do not save any credit card information after your order was processed. If you do not have the possibility to pay by credit card or PayPal, please contact us for personal service. Returns Ordered books cannot be returned, unless your deliverency is damaged or if you received a product you did not order. We generally do not refund money, but replace the damaged and/or wrong good, as long as it is on stock. Returns of damaged and/or wrong products are free for the customer.
